Withdrawal

These are the 13 Card Rummy Website and Mobile Application Withdrawal Policy (hereinafter collectively referred as 'Platforms', '13 Card Rummy', 'us', 'we' or 'our').

● You can withdraw the bonus through the account payee's check or electronic inter-bank transfer.

● You agree that all your withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: 13 Card Rummy can ask you for KYC documents at any stage to verify your address and identity. Only withdrawals from accounts completed by KYC process are allowed. You can withdraw from your user account at any time, but to comply with the withdrawal limit, please notify us of your withdrawal request. Bonuses (except Bring a Friend bonus) and promotion bonus are subject to withdrawal restrictions, and can only be withdrawn when certain preconditions are met, one of which is that you deposit at least once on the portal and play at least one game. Once notified, post verification of the withdrawal request, we may disburse the specified amount by cheque or electronic transfer based on the mode of withdrawal selected by you. We will try our best to cash your choice of withdrawal method, but reserve the right to pay you the specified amount by check at any time. If your bank account information is not available, you may be asked to provide this information to process refunds/withdrawals.

● We also reserve the right to pay the amount of financial instruments used for adding to your user account. The withdrawal shall be charged according to the current policy. You may be eligible to make one or more free withdrawals within a month, depending on various factors, including your account status, amount of withdrawals, or method of withdrawal. If you do not have enough money in your user account to pay the processing fee, your withdrawal will not be processed at that time. If you are eligible to apply for free withdrawal at that time, you can apply for free withdrawal later. This may cause the cheque to be dishonoured, in which case we will not be responsible for the amount of your cheque. Any request to re issue a check will result in a deduction of the applicable processing fee from the amount of the re issued check.

● We will try our best to process your withdrawal in a timely manner, but it may be delayed due to the time required to verify and complete the withdrawal transaction. We will not pay you any form of compensation for delay in remitting money from your user account. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must be an Indian resident and receive 13 Card Rummy's services through Indian services. If you are a person living in India and actually live in India when using the 13 Card Rummy service, but are not an Indian citizen, we will remit your bonus in Indian Rupees to the address/bank account provided by you, provided that the address and bank account are in India.
