REFUND POLICY

These are the 13 Card Rummy Website and Mobile Application Refund Policy (hereinafter collectively referred as 'Platforms', '13 Card Rummy', 'us', 'we' or 'our').

A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible.

However, 13 Card Rummy may, at its discretion, permit the user to cancel the transaction and refund the amount paid:

● If the user sends a written request to 13 Card Rummy from the registered email address to cancel such payment, we will decide to refund according to different circumstances, and the refund will reach the user's account within 10 working days.

● If the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of a Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 2 business days prior to the commencement of the leagues in respect of which the payment is made.

13 Card Rummy shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter. 13 Card Rummy may, at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the user after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. A request for cancellation of any transaction would be processed within 15 business days.

Where any of the fixtures within a Contest are cancelled or abandoned without an official result, all Leagueentries are considered void and the entry amounts shall be duly refunded to users. We will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the balance in your 13 Card Rummy Account, then you will be refunded the money within 7 business days from the date of receipt of your e-mail. There are no prize/winnings payouts for these voided contests.

If, in a transaction performed by you on the Platforms, money has been charged to your card or bank account and respective amount is not added in your 13 Card Rummy Account within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then you shall inform us by sending an e-mail from your registered e-mail address. Please include the following details in the e-mail – your mobile number, transaction value, transaction date and transaction ID. All refunds will be credited to your 13 Card Rummy Account.

PAYMENTS AND PLAYER FUNDS

All transactions on the portal shall be in Indian Rupees.

● Once you register on our portal, we will keep a user account for you to record all your transactions with us. Payment related to participating in the game must be made through your 13 Card Rummy user account. All prizes you win will be credited to this user account by us.

● When making payments, please ensure that the tool used for payment is your own and is only used to add coins to your user account.

● According to the addition restrictions stipulated by us from time to time, you can freely deposit the amount you want in your user account to participate in the games on the portal. We want you to play games responsibly on our website. The ability to add coins to your user account should be limited by the monthly limit. We can set the limit ourselves according to the commitment, compensation, waiver and verification conditions we think appropriate. Credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards and online banking payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Similarly, other payment modes also need authorization from the payment intermediary. We are not responsible for delays or denials at their end and processing of payments will be solely in terms of their policies and procedures without any responsibility or risk at our end.

● If you have any questions about adding coins, you can send us a complaint according to the complaint procedure provided by us.

● You agree that if your credit is delayed or ultimately rejected for reasons beyond our control, we will not assume any responsibility. Once the payment/transaction is authorized, the funds will be credited to your user account and available for you to play. We have the right to cancel the transaction at any time in full accordance with our discretion, in which case, if the payment is successful, the transaction will be canceled and the payment will be credited to your payment instrument. Player funds are held in trust by us in specified bank accounts.

● 13 Card Rummy reserves the funds of all players, which will be remitted to you at an appropriate time according to the terms and conditions applicable to fund withdrawal. The funds in your user account are held separately from our company's funds. Even if bankruptcy proceedings are highly unlikely, your claim for deposits will take precedence over all other claims to the extent permitted by law.
